Happy New Year! I've already started this year by starting on my musical equipment page and by changing the about the project page. More to follow!

I Know what you're thinking. Where've you been, Lou! Yes, its been a while now but with the warmer weather and more free time ( ok, maybe not ), I hope to be doing more with this site. Now that I've got that out of the way, I've taken up a new instrument. The Mandolin. After playing the guitar for thirty plus years, I wanted to try something different. Look forward to seeing some projects with the new sound.

I've added another tune to the Multimedia page. Ready to Go was recorded a few years ago with Dan Ryan on his Hammond B3 ( and other keyboards, electronic percussion, and backup vocals ) . Check it out! You won't be sorry!!!

Just a few more days before the Presidential election. Don't forget to vote!
Happy Halloween to all of you! I hope it proves to be a festive occasion for all that celebrate it.
I edited my comments from my last entry. I had no intentions of spreading ill will to my ex bandmates. Sorry if it came off that way. I'm willing to admit my mistakes! Thanks for understanding.

I've begun the second phase of the refresh to this site. More traces of the old band information has been removed to provide more space for new material.
Happy birthday to my friend Rob. How's it feel to be ancient? Also, Happy birthday to Rick of Group Deville.

I have started to shift this site over to my musical projects. You must have noticed the change in title and the new picture on the index page. Please check out the Multimedia page for the newest versions of songs, the latest being a new tune with the help of the amazingly talented Peter Brown. Be sure to check back often as new music is sure to be added.

As many of you may know, my Mother passed away on April 18th. I've taken a lot of time off from my music and recording to try to deal with this. I've learned over the past few months just how precious the time we spend on earth is and also how short that time is. Not to sound overly philosophical but I think its important to live life on your own terms and take the time to enjoy it. Also just as important is to not let anyone prevent you from persuing your dreams.

Welcome to April! Happy April Fool's day! Please bear with me as I slowly make all the necessary changes in design and content to facilitate my own musical activities on this portion of the site. Thank you for visiting.

What I thought was to be a temporary pause from the band jamming has taken an unfortunate and unexpected ( to me at least ) turn. The band has broken up. Certain members lost interest, causing issues with those of us who still believed in what we were doing as a group. I'll be concentrating on recording new original material here at PlanetLou, my home studio, with the occasional help of some guest musicians. More details will follow as they become clear. There will ALWAYS be some kind of musical activity here no matter what happens. Thanks for your support
